What size is good for a Paintball Co2 Tank?

Whats the ideal size that most people use?

Generally, most people go with 20oz tanks, which are the largest and will give you the most shots. However, if your tank is mounted on the gun, you may want something smaller, like a 16, 12, or 9 oz size. I recommend a 20 oz, especially if you're running a Remote Line, but it's really what you are most comfortable with.
